This year was hard. I weathered a breakup, my church closed, and I was promoted to manager. In the midst of all this, God was teaching me to rely on Him. There were many other much-needed lessons this year, including: don’t be quick to write off people who think differently from you, don’t assume someone has bad intent, and don’t carry that heavy thing you’re carrying on your own. I’m still learning and God is still refining me. Thankfully I have people in my life who listen, advise, speak life, challenge, encourage, and pray for me. This was not my first hard year, and thankfully I can look back on the past 31 years and say that God was faithful to bring me through and He always will be. 💛 Tonight I will be joining my friend @bradenfoster for “Music and Magic” Instagram live.
