My Top Tips for a Smooth Menopause 🌿 Educate yourself. It doesn’t take long. The more you read and empower yourself the more easily you will make the right decision for you. All the information is here on this Instagram page. 🌿 Take care what your sources of information are. Tabloid newspapers aren’t always the best for accurate information. Of you read something that panics you, check the source. Opinion amongst specialists also varies . There are also quite a lot of self proclaimed ‘specialists’ too . Check credentials of anyone you take advice from. The British menopause society has a find my specialist facility. 🌿Look at the full picture. Lifestyle is so important. Try to move and exercise if you can , look at what you are eating (try and reduce refined food and sugar ) and drinking . Really look at it. 🌿Are you over committing your time? Too stressed and busy? That can be really damaging. Be kind to yourself and your body. Pause. 🌿HRT isn’t for everyone but can be a game changer for some and is largely extremely safe. Don’t consider it the weak route.
