🌞A thought from my heart...I spent the weekend with vertigo which I think was God’s way of saying, “slow down and take a little break from your usual ‘fly by the seat of your pants’ pacing.” Happy to say I’m MUCH better now (I no longer feel like I’m on a boat for hours on end😵‍💫) and feeling blessed to be back to normal but I learned something v. important in the process. I love my family and I love teaching college and I love creating beauty content and I love spending time communicating with you guys and helping however I can but sometimes there’s not enough time in the day to do it all well. I’m learning to better tune into moments when you need to take a step back, breathe and “just be” without the pressure of constant productivity, so you can be revived and effective once more. Not sure if this resonates with any of you but I suspect it might, knowing the multifaceted lives we all lead. I hope it’s a helpful message and reminder to slow down from time to time...please let me know🤍 Grateful for you always and feeling refreshed and excited to share much more this week.
