S K I N for breakfast 🤍 Keeping it bright and glowy with my current A.M. skincare routine. Simple. Hydrated. Protected. @prequelskin Lucent C Vitamin C Serum: my newest skin WIN. This majorly affordable ($23) option is a super thin, watery texture but on the skin it has a bit of weight in a good way. It feels like a nice serum that melts into the skin. Made with L ascorbic acid and ferulic acid, it lightens dark spots, brightens your all over tone and has great skin antioxidants. It does have a bit of an off putting scent to it but it doesn’t linger on the skin after application and the price point and ingredient lineup completely make up for it. @merit Great Skin: a constant repurchase for me. Shes a bi-phase serum that really amps up the hydration and gives the skin a healthy, juiced up glow. I personally use this as a skincare step and not a makeup primer but it’s an oily girls ideal way to glow from within with Hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and caffeine. @youthtothepeople Peptides + C Energy Eye Concentrate: a nice and thin gel cream that helps to hydrate, brighten and depuff the undereyes. She comes with a pump and not in a jar (major win) and does a great job and illuminating my under eyes and preps them nicely for makeup. This one does take a second to sink in but my eyes remain hydrated all day and it wears beautifully under makeup. @isclinical Extreme Protect SPF 30: another skincare staple!This super nourishing SPF knocks out two skincare steps at once - moisturizer and protection. The rich consistency is a physical and chemical sunscreen hybrid but melts and blends into the skin incredibly quickly leaving zero white cast. @saltair Lip Oil Balm: another affordable all star. This slippy lippie is a balm/oil hybrid that feels and smells delightful. It has a slightly tropical vanilla scent that accompanies the shea butter, coconut oil, and murumuru butters for a nice nourishing balm.
