One thing I discovered in the last stretch of my first birth was that never in life do we anticipate pain like when you’re ready to meet your baby. I remember waiting around, wishing the “ contractions” came wishing to feel the discomfort, to kick start what people describe as the hardest/best time, and thinking how crazy it is that we literally wait & want the pain to come. When I got contractions I had to breath through couldn’t “ talk” I was actually excited without knowing what was to come I said omg soon the baby will be here That soon didn’t come for another 32 hour but with that I say.... This world of ours is made up of contrast, and we cannot avoid the process to the magic, if we do, we can rob ourselves from all we out to feel on the other side. As I impatiently await this second time, I remind myself of what’s to come. Experience doesn’t mean too much when you’re bringing in a whole new, unique, soul.
