Add pecans, cashews, pistachios, olive oil, and honey to a bowl and combine until evenly coated. Add aleppo, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds to bowl and stir until fully combined. Spread mixture in an even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes, stirring halfway, until toasted and fragrant. Stir once more and let cool completely on the tray.
