Life has been beyond crazy lately for this mega introvert, with work being never ending, countless social events (not to mention 6 planets in retrograde!?) leading me to neglect my overall health.. making me feel 🥴 Usually my skin would show the first sign of what I’m feeling internally and break out, be inflamed, red and my eyes would have bags packed for a weekend away. I can honestly only put my clear skin down to my @synergieskin skin routine that I’ve been slapping on for about 2 months now.
