Dianna Kennedy was extraordinary in so many ways. She has been a continuous inspiration throughout my career . Her cookbooks are still some of my favorite and I reference them often. I am grateful to have met her and for everything she did . Her dedication and her legacy will echo for generations to come. I loved her commitment to research, to highlight truth and the celebrate the cooks and farmers that respected the land and Mexican cuisine. She was feisty and opinionated and a true force .
