Same aid station two different sides of emotional rollercoaster. It takes a special person to crew or pace an athlete. Someone who thinks ahead of what their athlete might want. What they need to hear in the moment. I think it takes a team to make it all come together. Doing things alone is nice but doing it with others makes it even more special.
