"Forever Young" Granola Pizza Recipe 🤤⁠ ⁠ It is always fun mixing up the textures of common meals to create a unique food experience. ⁠ ⁠ Granola and pizza are not often used to describe the same meal but this beauty-boosting pizza by @earthtotablebondi is exactly that! ⁠ ⁠ A crunchy, delicious blend of buckwheat, seeds and our Native Plant-Based Collagen Powder complemented with creamy coconut yoghurt and fruits makes this a nourishing and balanced breakfast dish with flare. ⁠ ⁠ This recipe is featured in our Native Collagen Recipe E-Book. ⁠ ⁠ Serves 2-4 ⁠ Ingredients: ⁠ 1/2 cup activated buckwheat ⁠ 1/8 cup activated sunflower seeds ⁠ 1/8 cup hemp seeds ⁠ 1 tablespoon Native Plant-Based Collagen Powder ⁠ 1/4 cup dried berries (such as blueberries, cranberries, mulberries, goji berries) ⁠ 2 tablespoons chia seeds ⁠ 1/4 cup water ⁠ 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup ⁠ 1/8 cup coconut butter, melted ⁠ Stevia, if more sweetness is required (optional) ⁠ 1 cup coconut yoghurt, to serve ⁠ Fresh seasonal sliced fruit, to serve ⁠ ⁠ Method: ⁠ 1. Place the chia seeds and water into a medium-sized bowl and let soak for 15 minutes, so a gel forms. ⁠ ⁠ 2. Whisk in the brown rice syrup, coconut butter and Native Plant-Based Collagen Powder. ⁠ ⁠ 3. Add all other ingredients and mix together well to combine evenly. ⁠ ⁠ 4. Line a 9 inch cake tin with a removable bottom with baking paper and press mixture into the base firmly. ⁠ ⁠ 5. Refrigerate for 30 min to set, then gently remove from the tin. Top with coconut yoghurt and seasonal fruit.
