Food is love, genuinely. It has the most magical way of expressing our love to those in our lives.. It is how my Nonna taught me to love and now how I show mine. From delivering a golden chicken broth to a sick friend, to making my boyfriend his favourite lasagne on his birthday, smearing buttercream over a cake for my best friend’s daughter’s birthday, to sharing a bowl of chips with chicken salt after a swim with my girlfriends. Sharing food is sharing an experience. The food you have at your wedding can be such an important moment to share your love with your closest people - maybe include a dish you shared on your first date, or get married at your favourite restaurant, even include that signature cocktail you made in lockdown.
