EXFOLIATION 101 ✨ Harsh scrubs can do more damage to your skin than good. Personally, I prefer using an AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) 🤍 Regular exfoliation of your skin is super important, because it removes the dead skin cells and surface debris that if left can cause your skin to look “dull”. Regular exfoliation also helps your other skincare products get into your skin more easily. Some people exfoliate daily, whereas my finicky skin only needs once/twice per week.
