I don’t always see my body in positive ways. But that’s not natural. That’s taught. & I’m working on it all the time. Bodies are incredible. No matter their size. No matter their softness. I believe we can teach ourselves and teach the following generations that bodies are darn cool no matter how they look. I’m freaking grateful for what this body has done and can do 💪🏽 .
