That’s it. WE ARE DONE! The decision is made. We’ve started to wean. And I couldn’t have done it without you - without you reminding me that it was ok that I picked me. Because I’m done. It’s been a solid 15 months. It’s been roughly 450 days. Approximately 2,250 hours worth of feeding time. Not to mention the time spent pumping. And here we are. Starting the process of being done (which, if anyone has any pointers on how to wean please pop below because I’ve never done this before! 👇🏻) & it feels as if a weight is being lifted. I know the tears will flow, I know the guilt will still be weaving its way through my thoughts & I know that the hormonal change will bring with it highs & lows & many, many meltdowns. But it’s time - after a reminder from you, it’s time for me to choose me.
