What a journey last year has been! The pilot project and coaching program POC POC turned into much more than I initially envisioned. With 10 artists of color, 4 coaches and 4 public presentations, @theconstantnow presented an experimental platform where people of color are frontstage and in control of the narrative. More than just stirring up the art scene, we are now an integral part of it.
