So this is weird to say but here I am .... 10 weeks out from my first Mr Olympia appearance Yes it still hasn't sunk in after qualifying in Portugal in July, yes the last show ( Arnold's) didn't go to plan but that's life and we have moved on and learnt from it plus I still very much enjoyed it, taking a loss I believe has possibly been better for me, I have had a little recovery period and I feel alot better for it. The work starts again now 10 weeks out and I couldn't be more excited for it . The main reason for this post was to thank @squatlikechow my coach and now a very good friend, Ben and I have become very close over this last year as I can easily see he wants my success as much as I do and I can honestly say I wouldn't of achieved what I did this year without him, so thankyou bro 🙏 and I'm buzzing to come over to the US for my Olympia prep , I will be forever thankful and grateful for your time and help @samwoodruff_ we got some serious work to do ... as always 💪🔥 #hosstileathlete #squatlikechow #ifbbpro #212 #mrolympia
