You can use tomatoes, peppers or any other veggies like courgettes, spinach etc in the sauce😋 recipe: [serves 2] - 200g spaghetti sauce: - tomatoes (roasted) - red pepper (roasted) - tomato purée - 200ml veg stock - nutritional yeast - seasonings (parsley, oregano, coriander, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper) —— roast the tomatoes and peppers in oil and seasonings at 200°C for 20 mins, then add them to a food processor with veg stock, tomato purée and nutritional yeast and blend until smooth.
