HIGH OCTANE STYLING EVENT My remit when working with just one client, or a room full, is to immediately put them at ease, dispelling all their anxieties, crappy negative inner voices and general low expectations, that have often built up over a lifetime, ‘relating to how they look’. We essentially start with a blank page, (or an empty wardrobe), which I begin to metaphorically fill, to the brim, with trust, understanding, confidence, belief, enjoyment, gain, visibility and most importantly, a whole lotta swag! We’re all different, we come in many different colours, shapes and sizes, with a million different incredibly unique ideas, opinions, idiosyncrasies and foibles - It’s an explosive topic, often uncovering up a minefield of emotions, for so many women and men. The subject of what to wear, for some is as easy as choosing a Pret sandwich, but for others, it’s been one life long arse ache of a mission! For this particular event, it was based on ‘Work Wear, Empowering women, through their wardrobe, simple easy to re-create ideas, showing simple techniques of what to wear, to perhaps increase your visibility within the work place and beyond. Experimenting with different brands, new shapes, colours, textures, prints and of course... Sunglasses, Winter sunglasses to be presisce!
