Finally feeling myself again after traveling a ton this last month and also getting Covid 🤪the one week I was actually home. I’m getting back into cooking and today I Made my favorite grain free granola!! I eyeball most everything that I throw in so you can add or subtract what you like when it comes to the nuts! Recipe: 2 cups sliced almonds 1 cup walnuts 1cup pecans 1/2 cup pumpkin seed 2 cups coconut flakes 1/4 cup hemp seed 2 tablespoon chia seed 1/4 cup flax meal 1 tablespoon cinnamon 2 tablespoons coconut sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon vanilla extract Mix all dry ingredients then add 1/3 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup honey Bake at 325 for about 18-25 minutes until the coconut has browned a bit. Stir halfway through cooking too! Enjoy 💕🫶🏻
