A visit to the Nusa islands is really a must if you visit Bali! If you think Bali is beautiful, you will be absolutely blown away by these 3 stunning islands. I believe you should visit both Nusa Penida and Lembongan, but if you really HAVE to choose, this is what I recommend: Lembongan - if you want a combination of beautiful views and relaxing on the beach, go for this one. There are some great things to see like Devil’s Tear and the Blue lagoon, but it also has stunning beaches to relax and swim at. Also? Nusa Lembongan (and Ceningan which is accessible by this yellow bridge) are much smaller so easier to explore 🛵 Penida - if you’re feeling a little bit more adventurous and want to see some absolutely breathtaking scenery, choose Nusa Penida! This island feels still a bit undiscovered, and if you’re willing to drive a bit longer (+/- 1 hour by motorbike) the views will blow your mind. Take at least 1 day for Angels billabong, broken beach and Kelingking, and even though it’s a bit rough, climb down to Kelingking beach. It’s incredibly beautiful 🤩 Take another day for the other side, and visit Diamond beach (& climb down!), Atuh beach (also climb down 😅) and thousand islands viewpoint/Rumah Pohon tree house.
