LAZY OVERNIGHT BRISKET 🤷🏾‍♂️ On the real this was bomb! I hang briskets overnight but will usually check them once. NOT THIS TIME! I was tired and wanted to sleep so I let it ride. Being one thousand percent honest it was overcooked by about 10-15 mins IMO. BUTTTTT, it was still hella bomb. It had a crazy bark and the flavor was unreal.
