Uploaded another handful of longer form instructional videos shot w @tgvonte to try and help get some of your shit straightened out, boys. Here’s a clip from the Prone IYTA video. Great primer for your scapular stabilizing muscles before your upper pressing days, or really any day. Something i missed in this edit is focusing on external rotation at the shoulder from the humerus actually rotating outward and down as you do these. The T’s is where you should really focus on creating that to start.
