#ForeverisNowII MEET THE ARTISTS ft AHMED KARALY(@ahmed_karally ): An accomplished sculptor, Ahmed Karaly has been examining Egyptian and Islamic architecture through his work for decades. After graduating from the Faculty of Fine Arts in 1994 and finding success at the Ministry of Culture's annual Youth Salons, Karaly held his first solo exhibition at Dokki's El Mashrabeya Gallery in 2002. Karaly's career reached a turning point during the Aswan International Sculpture Symposium, allowing him to present his work at similar sculpture symposia around the globe. Karaly earned the State Award for Creativity in 2005, which enabled him to travel to Italy to work on his major project, 'El Masr Khanke', where he structurally redeveloped Islamic architecture by constructing and visualizing an entire city down to its very last detail.
