Meet Environmental Sustainability intern Nicole F. This summer Nicole is engaging in enterprise projects to reduce waste and lessen impacts to the environment. She is also collaborating with Employment Brand and Corporate Responsibility teams to reimagine employee gifting programs. Nicole admits it was a little daunting to join a Fortune 50 company as a student, with big ideas and vision that suggested major process changes. However, she quickly learned that her ideas were not only valued, but encouraged and supported. She's thrilled to have the opportunity to help influence proposed solutions. Nicole shares, "The work that I'm doing has made me comfortable with being uncomfortable. Growth happens when you get out of your comfort zone. If you're really uncomfortable, that's a good thing!"
