real moments of life lately Jesus has showed me: - God wants us to first serve our proximity. Who He surrounds us with first, online community comes after. - There is joy in trials. A heart of gratitude is so healing. - Honor your father and mother. Being away from my parents and family for so long has given me a fresh love and new perspective of the importance of loved ones, and the ones who love me. - God is the true judge, I am not. Vengeance is only the Lord’s. - Worship through the storm. Sometimes God wants us to walk through it, rather than jump over it. There is where your faith is tested and God can be magnified. - God works ALL things together for the good of those who love Him. Love God first, love others as yourself. - God’s ways are not our ways. They are always higher than ours. Be open to the Lord’s leading even when it’s something you wouldn’t do or gravitate towards. - Our life is a reflection of our view of who Jesus is and speaks louder about our faith than any words could. This next season of my life is not my own. It is of God and for God. Sometimes He has to get you at a low for you to realize with Him you are always where you need to be. As long as I have Jesus, I have all I need. ❤️
