It goes without saying that I love photography, weddings and love. But for the longest time I didn’t think that I’d be able to experience these three things together for the foreseeable future. It has been such a long time waiting and even longer for couples waiting to get married. So as Saturday’s wedding began, it took a little while for reality to sink in, the fact that I was photographing an actual wedding again. That feeling lasted about 5 minutes before the relief and happiness hit me in waves. It’s a cliche to say that I had the best time at Lauren and Kash’s wedding but that’s also the truth. I am so pleased I got to shoot my first large wedding in 18 months with two of the loveliest people I’ve met. Now I look forward to all the happy moments to come: weddings, photography and love.
