This might be the most honest post I’ve made yet. It can be hard to be real about what makes us feel vulnerable and I don’t often talk about my story or how I got here. But I do talk about our bodies being so much stronger and more powerful than we realise... I was lucky enough to have the ultimate inspiration who taught me that exercise and movement is so much more than sets and reps.
