Learn more about Kiara and her journey as an instructor. ✨How long have you been teaching Pilates? Why did you decide to become an instructor?✨ I have been teaching Pilates for 8 years. I fell in love with Pilates when recovering from running injuries. I also have to credit Diana and Flo who were my instructors before I became one! They helped me to pursue this career. ✨Why do you love to teach at Vault?✨ I love how Vault stays true to authentic and real Pilates. Now that Pilates is popping up everywhere, not many place stay true to the classical method. I feel so grateful to work with the best instructors at Vault who inspire me as well. ✨What’s your favorite workout to do in your free time?✨ I love to do a mixture of Pilates and strength training. ✨What’s one thing most of us don’t know about you?✨ I have a masters degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. ✨What do you feel is the most rewarding thing about teaching?✨ Getting to help so many clients feel good every day! ✨What’s your favorite thing to do outside of fitness?✨ I’m a total bookworm!
