Some highlights from the lovely fall menu at Clover Hill in Brooklyn Heights. My first words were “Oh, my!” when I tasted the Honeynut squash first course.
Still marveling at the Santa Barbara uni rice course I wanted to settle down with, the Hokkaido Scallop with Pear Velouté that tastes like home, and the absolutey delightful Honeycrisp on airy panna cotta.
The restaurant earned a Michelin star this year. But more importantly, Chef Charlie Mitchell is from Detroit.
