It features a grilled andouille sausage served in a toasted French roll with house mayo, pickled veggies, cucumbers, freshly sliced jalapeños, drizzled honey, and garnished with cilantro. The andouille sausage and the toasted French roll are top notch on this one. The toppings were flavorful. The mayo was mostly minimal which was good (for my taste preferences) and the honey wasn’t a plus or minus for me. Pricey for a hot dog, even if it is elevated.
