Since @letourdefrance I haven’t been doing any of this👆. My last run was on the rest day, and then, on stage 9, I crashed and haven’t been able to run since. X-rays a month later revealed I had broken my ramus. @ottawalionstfc just tagged me with this gem from my national jr. Champ victory back in 04. With xc on the horizon and @kipchogeeliud taking another WR yesterday I am craving getting out in the mountains and going for a rip, but will have to wait until the sucker is healed. #painintheass #oncearunner
