Bird of Paradise 🕊 Sharing the story of a young girl, a little bird that had dreams of big wide horizons, a wish to fly far out, yurnings of discoverings, but all these were as soon vanished by judgements and conditionings. As You’re crazy You’re incapable That’s impossible Do something and be normal instead! So she would hide behind shyness, feeling unsecure, vulnerable and fearful. Instead she would do and be what was expected.. to be the perfect daughter, the perfect student, the ideal girlfriend or wife, the best mom.. And realizing she was living in a cage. As to letting go all these fears and expectations, came a sense of infinite freedom and finally succeeded in my yoga practice, the Bird of Paradise, a pose I thought impossible to me, as symbolically releasing the caged bird into freedom. To all souls, I invite you to Open your wings to freedom. Fly with me Dance with me Sing with your heart Set your heart free Steady and joyfull Just be!
