2022 🤍 What a year this has been. Deffo wasn’t the easiest but couldn’t be happier with the person I became this year. 2022 (specially the second half) was all about personal development & self care. I focused solely on myself and it’s genuinely the best feeling ever. I realised , Self love is the key to success, happiness and mental peace. I realised, once you start loving yourself, you can set better, healthier, more authentic goals for yourself. I realised, if you love yourself enough, you’ll have greater resilience to withstand any challenging life event or personal adversity. I realised, I can’t share healthy love with others until I love myself enough. I realised, I should be my own biggest cheerleader because if not me, who? After all, the relationship I have with myself is the only true life-long relationship I have & self love is the most important love of my life ♥️
