I have a dream that we can standardize support for caregiving and lactating people across industries and we are going to do it by starting with sports! If we can do it here, we can do it anywhere! • Fighting for gender parity has been a marathon effort. I am running the New York City Marathon in an effort to demonstrate that marathon effort as well as raise awareness and raise funds for the non-profit &Mother. &Mother was founded to amplify our advocacy that has been encouraging institutions across industries to provide resources and support that will help break down barriers that limit a birthing, caregiving or lactating parent from pursuing and thriving in their career and parenthood. This effort is a marathon, in which we will need your support. One of our goals is to help standardize support and provide access to participation in sports for caregivers, birthing and lactating people. We would like to bring lactation to as many sporting events as possible and expand into caregiving wherever possible among many other in-progress initiatives, but we need your help to do so!
