January has been LONG 😩 but now that we are a few weeks into the new year it’s time to check in on our New Years goals. • Things that I’ve been doing well so far: 1. Working out 💪 2. Trying this out of my comfort zone 3. Reading daily ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Things I need to do better 1. Get more rest 2. Being more present - I am always thinking of 10000 things at the same time. I want to enjoy the moments that I have in front of me. 3. Saying no - I have an issue over extending myself when I don’t actually have the bandwidth. • • How are your 2020 goals coming along?
