I make a big batch of cold brew first and store it in the fridge so it’s ready to use whenever! 2. For the pumpkin cream topping I froth together 1/2 cup oat milk, 1 tbsp pumpkin purée, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, splash pure maple syrup and a pinch of salt. 3. Pour both cold brew over ice followed by pumpkin cream and enjoy!
