WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 🎃 One small pumpkin
🥬 Kale 🧀 Feta 🥜 Walnuts 🌸 Pomegranate 🌿 Mint
🍴Balsamic vinegar
🍯Honey
🫒 Olive oil 🍽Extra virgin olive oil 🧂Salt and pepper 1️⃣ Drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper over cubed, peeled pumpkin and roast in oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes
 2️⃣ To create the dressing, combine extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper, and two SKIN PROTECTION supplements and shake well
 3️⃣ Mix kale, roasted pumpkin, walnuts, feta, pomegranate and mint in a bowl
 4️⃣ Pour over dressing, toss salad well, and serve
