After stumbling around Paris for a week, Talia and I found an artist house and met the wonderful Susan Richardson, an LA based artist who’ll be working in Paris for the next 3 months, who was kind enough to tell us about her experience. • • In a city surrounded by art (The Louvre, The Pomidou, D’Orsay) this was definitely my favorite to experience. This could be credited to the style of art or layout of the building, but I think it’s because 59 Rivoli creates an intimate experience between artists and audience. The space between gallery and workshop is thin and what better way to experience art than to see it created before your very eyes.
