Shortly after meeting @charles_post and having one of the best cinnamon rolls my taste buds have ever had the pleasure of tasting, we suited up and paddled out into the arctic waters for a surf. Surfing in a place like this has always been a dream of mine, but it’s been a dream that didn’t seem feasible any time soon and honestly it made me kind of uncomfortable. ( I get cold quick so a good wettie is a must ) However, as soon as the 7mm gloves and booties were on and I was paddling out into the crystal clear turquoise waters backed up against the mountains, I couldn’t stop smiling. :) An experience I will not forget and a feeling I plan on finding again. I think I get the cold water surfing thing now.
