Move and stretch that bawdy today, DAHLING One habit this kween is trying to pick back up this year is her self-guided morning yoga sessions. It’s usually my preferred way to stretch my bawdy before she struts into tha day, so wanted to share some fun yoga poses that she’s been practicing 🧘🏽‍♂️ Stretching in the morning is quite natural, gurl. When we sleep, muscles relax, blood flow decreases, and our heart rate slows. When lying in the same position all night, our muscles tend to tighten up. Humans, like other animals, instinctively stretch after sleeping to get the blood flowing and wake up the muscles. Stretching after sleep and increasing blood flow also just feels good for all parts of tha bawdy. And cuz she’s that gurl here are some health benefits to developing a morning stretch routine: 1.
