i don’t really know what to say here. started training with @jayr.doza at the end of 2020. he surreptitiously turned me into an athlete without me realizing. then he challenged me to do get RKC certified, to which i said, SURE WHY NOT. and now i’m a certified kettlebell instructor ??!! so here’s a non-chronological look at the last few months of me being terrified of snatches, me and @jayr.doza giggling for an hour at a time in the gym, frustrated attempts at a lot of diff things, successful attempts at a lot of diff things, etc. and thennnnn most importantly, passing RKC this weekend with 100 snatches in 3:27 with the legend @coach_darius. ok that’s it thank you 10000x @jayr.doza @coachjorgec @earnednotgivenclub 💚
