Learn to look at the life with two perspectives: . 1 - as if you only got one life to live, so you can do as many accomplishments as possible, experience and see everything you can. . But add second perspective too: according to the law of conservation of energy, any energy cannot be created nor destroyed. It simply changes states. So after my body dies I still exist, in different forms. I’m not Olia anymore, but a plant, or a bug, or part of the other person, or just a free energy. . And this makes you think more global about life. Still accomplish everything you want in life, but you won’t be as great consumer of the planet anymore, you won’t be this hungry for money, and greedy for things, because you understand that we all are part of whole.
