Many of our touches are quite niche and weren't guaranteed to work. It's been a month since we opened. Really flattered by all the support and love. Small and incremental improvements daily help us become better and better each day. It's really ironic how a restaurant's early stages are almost guaranteed to be the lowest quality days but also the most busy. Here's to more squirt bottles of gaoliang.
