Announcement: Boy Untitled and I are leaving California to live in CDMX for the foreseeable future 🇲🇽 California has been my home for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Pasadena, made my way to the Bay Area for college, and settled back in Los Angeles after I’d finished my studies. I feel like I’ve spent my entire life exploring this state - getting lost in the mountains, drinking in the sunshine, smelling the pines and feeling the sand of the beaches. I feel so grateful for my experience here, and I know more than anything I’ll miss my family and friends who have all made this my home. Even just getting photos together for this post had me crying - this state is so beautiful. I don’t think I will ever love another place as much as this one. That said, I’ve been considering a change for a while. As with any love affair, there are times where things naturally wax and wane. As I round the horn and finish out my 20s, I’m ready to experience something new. Adventure calls! I am so excited to immerse myself in the vibrant and rich culture of CDMX - one of the most vivid and robust art / music scenes in the world, and a city with an extremely unique history. I feel that I have so much to learn from this place, and i want to give back as much as I receive from it. And I’m not going alone - I get to explore CDMX with one of my best friends and my musical brother 😍 We are taking this time to develop our project BOY2K, to make more songs, and to experience the world that lies beyond Hollywood - together! I cannot think of a better partner for this process 👯‍♂️ I’ve got a month left so I will be trying to see EVERYONE but don’t worry - I will be back here and there, and already have 3 trips home planned for the fall! 🥹 #stillnotboyfriends #justbesties
