Really enjoyed an impromptu tour of @tilley_printing whilst on a recent recce at @t1nsmiths in Ledbury. It really is fantastic to see such a traditional craft still thriving in it’s original premises since 1875, with a belt driven press which was converted from the original steam power to electric, and a unique collection of letterpress letters which can only be obtained over such a length of time. Martin (1st pic) began his 5 year apprenticeship at the age of 15, going on to achieve his status as a Master Printer. Many thanks for the tour Martin & Phoebe!
