Anyone can make this 3-ingredient vegan chocolate mousse! đŸ«đŸ„„â  ⁠ Serves approx. 4⁠ ⁠ INGREDIENTS:⁠ 100g (3.5oz) roughly chopped dark chocolate (I used at least 70%)⁠ 1 package (340g/12oz) organic silken tofu⁠ 2 tbsps maple syrup⁠ ⁠ METHOD:⁠ 1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Set aside to cool⁠ 2. Meanwhile, add the silken tofu and maple syrup to a food processor and blend until smooth⁠ 3. Add the melted cooled chocolate and blend again until combined⁠ 4. Spoon the mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for around 30mins⁠ 5. Sprinkle over some leftover grated/finely chopped dark chocolate and any other toppings i.e. berries, fresh mint⁠ 6. Enjoy!⁠
