Anyone can make this 3-ingredient vegan chocolate mousse! đ«đ„â

Serves approx. 4â

INGREDIENTS:â
100g (3.5oz) roughly chopped dark chocolate (I used at least 70%)â
1 package (340g/12oz) organic silken tofuâ
2 tbsps maple syrupâ

METHOD:â
1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Set aside to coolâ
2. Meanwhile, add the silken tofu and maple syrup to a food processor and blend until smoothâ
3. Add the melted cooled chocolate and blend again until combinedâ
4. Spoon the mixture into 4 ramekins and refrigerate for around 30minsâ
5. Sprinkle over some leftover grated/finely chopped dark chocolate and any other toppings i.e. berries, fresh mintâ
6. Enjoy!â
