👏 Designing a clap sound using the Pip Slope’s unique echo mode to emulate a hand clap’s transient shape. . 👉 Two Pip Slopes are triggered simultaneously. 👉 Noise from MCO is patched to both filters of MCFx2. 👉 The BP out of the first filter is patched to a VCA of tangle quartet with its level controlled by a Pip Slope. 👉 Echo mode is engaged via the loop knob and the envelope is shortened to emulate the transient shape of a hand clap. 👉 The BP out of the second filter is patched to another VCA / Pip Slope to act as the clap’s tail. 👉 The MCO’s digital noise pitch is lowered to darken the clap tone. .
