double strawberry protein muffins πŸ“ why make simple strawberry muffins when you can DOUBLE the strawberry flavour (and make them pink!!)? 😍 these are a perfect healthy option for snacks, breakfast or a fruity dessert! here’s how to make them : πŸ“ in a large bowl, mix together 1.5 cups of oat flour, 2 scoops of @limitlesspharma whey protein powder, 1/2 cup granulated sweetener of choice, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt. πŸ“ blend 1.5 cups of strawberries (frozen or fresh) with 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce. add it to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. πŸ“ add 1.5 cups of chopped strawberries (and chocolate chips or nuts if you like it), mix, and add to a muffin tray (makes 12 muffins) πŸ“ bake at 350Β°F for 50-55 mins, let cool and enjoyyyyy follow @leamfit_ for more xx
