Archeologists found a shipwreck graveyard containing ships dating back to the Roman Empire in a shallow, rocky region of the Mediterranean Sea. ⁠ ⁠ A UNESCO expedition spent two weeks documenting the graveyard in never-before-seen detail. Their goal was to catalog the remains so that the sites can be protected and preserved for years to come. They also identified three new shipwrecks off the coast of Tunisia.
