October you were magical 🍂. This past month was a month of big changes, of creating memories all around the world, a month of slowing down too. It’s my favorite time of the year because as we approach the end of it, I feel like I’m taking the time to see how far we’ve come. I read a quote that said « you never see your progress because you’re always raising the bar » and it made me realize that I’m currently living the life I prayed SO hard for, and yet I don’t always take the time to truly enjoy it because I’m always on to the « next thing ». This month, more than ever, I felt the urge to just live. I felt the urge to stay present in the moment without needing to think any further than ahead. Sofia is turning 3 in the next few months and I feel like I truly made the best choice to stay home with her because time is flying and we don’t have the power to stop it. October also marked the start of our fertility treatments again and I’m hopeful for what’s to come, but also protecting my heart because we never know how things will unfold. But that’s what life is all about, right?✨
